Prosper is looking for someone who can translate Prosper's vision into the frameworks, methodologies, and programs that define how we deliver. The Head of Strategy owns the intellectual foundation of what Prosper brings to clients, turning big ideas and market insight into structured, repeatable approaches that our team can execute and our clients can trust and adopt.

This is a thinking and building role in equal measure. You'll work directly with Frank to shape the strategic direction of Prosper's core offerings, develop the methodologies behind our programs, and ensure everything we deliver is grounded in a clear, consistent point of view about what it takes to win the future with AI.

• Define and develop the core methodologies and program frameworks that underpin Prosper's client offerings

• Translate market trends, client insights, and Prosper's POV into structured, deliverable programs

• Partner with leadership to evolve and sharpen Prosper's strategic positioning as the market changes

• Build the thinking behind new service offerings before they go to market

• Ensure consistency and quality across how Prosper's approaches are documented, communicated, and delivered

• Serve as a strategic thought partner to Frank and the broader team on client engagements

• Contribute to Prosper's thought leadership by developing frameworks and perspectives worth publishing
