Prosper works with some of the largest revenue organizations in the world, and the relationships we build with those clients are core to everything we do. The VP of Client Delivery is the person who owns those relationships from the moment a client signs to the moment they renew, and every milestone in between.
This is a building role. There is no existing playbook, no inherited team, and no established process to plug into. You will design the customer success function at Prosper from the ground up, define what great looks like for our clients, and build the infrastructure that delivers it consistently at scale.
Build Prosper's customer success function from scratch, including processes, playbooks, and team structure
Own the full post-sale client relationship across Prosper's portfolio of enterprise accounts
Serve as the primary point of contact and strategic partner for key clients throughout their engagement
Ensure program delivery meets Prosper's standards and client expectations at every stage
Define and track success metrics that measure client outcomes and program performance
Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and partner with the sales team to act on them
Build and lead a customer success team as the business scales
Serve as the voice of the client internally, bringing feedback and insights back to the strategy and delivery teams
Develop onboarding, QBR, and renewal frameworks that set clients up for long term success
Background in sales enablement, revenue operations, or AI adoption programs
Experience working at a consultancy, advisory firm, or high-growth services business
Existing relationships within large enterprise revenue organizations
Experience partnering closely with a founder or executive team in a scaling business
