Prosper delivers AI-powered programs and solutions to some of the world's largest revenue organizations. The GTM Engineer is the person who makes those programs a reality in their environments. Equal parts strategist and builder, this role combines go-to-market thinking and technical execution, designing the strategies, tool sets, and systems that Prosper deploys internally and delivers to clients.
This is not a traditional engineering role. You don't just build what you're told. You understand the go-to-market problem first, then architect the solution. You'll work directly with the strategy and delivery teams to turn Prosper's methodologies into functional, scalable programs that clients will run on.
Design and build AI-powered workflows, tools, and automations that support Prosper's client delivery programs
Translate GTM strategy and program frameworks into functional, deployable systems
Work directly inside client environments to implement and configure solutions
Maintain and evolve Prosper's internal delivery infrastructure as the business scales
Collaborate with the strategy team to identify where AI and automation can improve program outcomes
Document builds and processes so they can be replicated, iterated, and handed off cleanly
Stay current on the AI tooling landscape and bring relevant capabilities into Prosper's delivery stack
While not mandatory, the following would give you an edge:
Experience building or deploying AI agents in a client-facing or enterprise context
Background in sales enablement, revenue operations, or GTM consulting
Familiarity with prompt engineering and working directly with AI models
Experience at a services business, consultancy, or agency delivering technical solutions to clients
Existing point of view on where AI is taking the revenue function and what it means for how teams work
Comfort with no-code and low-code platforms alongside more traditional technical tooling
